Sustainable packaging:

All orders are mailed in eco-friendly compostable bags. We use compostable hygiene liners on our swimwear and we have stopped using swing tags as our aim is to use as little packaging as possible.

 

Swimwear care:

We recommend rinsing your swimwear in freshwater after use and allowing them to drip dry in the shade. Prints will fade in time with exposure to the sun and salt.

 

Shipping Australia:

All Australian orders are sent express post either the day of purchase or the following business day via Australia Post. All orders are allocated a tracking number which you will receive via email once the order has been shipped.

 

Shipping International:

All international orders are sent express post either the day of purchase or the following business day via Australia Post. All orders are allocated a tracking number which you will receive via email once the order has been shipped. Cheetah Five is not responsible for any applicable custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that any incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in the package being returned or abandoned.

 

Returns and exchanges:

Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for exchange, refund or credit.

Exchange item/s must be posted back to us within 7 days of purchase, in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
